The getDowntown Program provides commuting programs and services to downtown Ann Arbor employees and employers. A program of TheRide, getDowntown's partners include the City of Ann Arbor and the Ann Arbor DDA.

Office Hours

getDowntown maintains a regular presence at the Blake Transit Center. Please call-in advance of visiting if you’d like to meet in person to ensure a staff member is present to assist you. Processed go!pass orders can be picked up at the ticket window on the first floor.

The office is closed New Year's Day, the day after New Year's, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and the day after Christmas.

getDowntown Program Funding

The getDowntown Program is a partnership of Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority (TheRide), Ann Arbor Downtown Development Authority (DDA) and the City of Ann Arbor.

TheRide houses this program within its budget and staff are employees of TheRide. The City of Ann Arbor provides a financial contribution to the Commuter Challenge Campaigns. The Ann Arbor DDA provides project funding as well as the financial sponsorship for the go!pass.
