getDowntown Mission
- The mission of the getDowntown Program is to reduce the number of downtown commuters driving to work alone and to create more transportation choices for downtown commuters through promoting existing transportation options and advocating for new ones. getDowntown strives to accomplish this mission by promoting existing choices, providing research on the benefits of sustainable transportation, organizing events, interacting with downtown employers and employees, and interfacing with numerous downtown stakeholders.

- Nancy Shore, getDowntown Program Director 734-214-0114; nancy@getdowntown.org
I joined the getDowntown Program in July 2007. I have a Masters in Social Work in Community Organizing from the UM. I moved to Ann Arbor from the East Coast with my husband, Chuck. I am a dedicated community member and committed to promoting sustainable transportation options. I regularly bike and walk to work and know the bus system pretty well. I am always open to hearing your suggestions and comments, so please don't hesitate to email me. - Moira Branigan, getDowntown Employee Services Coordinator 734-214-0100; moira@getdowntown.org
I joined the getDowntown Program in September 2009. Prior to working for getDowntown, I was a project coordinator with a downtown consulting firm, where I was a beneficiary of the go!pass program. I obtained a Master of Science in Historic Preservation and Urban Planning from Eastern Michigan University, which provided me with a deep commitment to building a strong and beautiful community.
